Wouter Onclin is Managing Partner & Area Developer at SITE, an office working on urban development plans throughout The Netherlands. As a city planner by training, Wouter has many years of experience working in residential development in several roles - from an affordable housing in vulnerable neighbourhoods to developing new residential concepts for investors and developers. His experience includes managing a foundation focused on student housing (The Class Foundation) to doing research and teaching on the topic of senior housing. In his current role, Wouter focuses on strategic urban planning projects, from concept development to strategic planning frameworks.
