Seth accumulated over 25 years of experience before co-founding London-based Studio Multi architects in 2021.

He has a passion for housing design, with specialist expertise in coliving, build-to-rent housing, large-scale apartment developments and estate regeneration. He has worked for both public and private sector clients, understanding the needs and motivations of each. Committed to low energy residential design, Seth is a Certified Passivhaus Designer.

Seth was formerly a Partner and Head of Residential & Mixed Use at Hawkins\Brown architects, where he worked across a range of sectors including residential, workplace, arts, retail, civic, education and transport projects.
