Responsibilities

Own and grow a strategic customer portfolio

  • Manage a portfolio of ~15 enterprise accounts and ~15 mid-market customer.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, with a high-touch approach that drives retention, adoption, and expansion.

Drive renewals with confidence

  • Lead the full renewal cycle: prepare tailored offers, negotiate pricing, and document insights that inform growth decisions.
  • Develop creative, customer-centric solutions that balance client needs with Chainels’ long-term goals.

Lead expansion & upsell opportunities

  • Spot upsell potential proactively and create awareness around new features and modules.
  • Deliver engaging demos and value-driven proposals to key stakeholders.
  • Translate complex solutions into clear, compelling stories that resonate with customer objectives.

Mitigate churn risks

  • Identify early signs of churn or downgrades and take action to re-engage customers.
  • Manage escalations with a solution-oriented mindset and ensure clear communication throughout.

Onboarding & Process

  • Collaborate with the implementation manager and participate in on-site onboarding activations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, partnerships, or sales within a B2B environment.
  • A completed degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch (full professional proficiency) and English (C1)
  • Strong affinity with the real estate industry and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to build trust, manage complexity, and influence stakeholders at various levels.
