Stephen Burt is one of the hotel industry's most accomplished leaders, bringing over 35 years of experience across hotel investment, funds management, asset management, brokerage, development, and operations.

A founding partner of what is now JLL Hotels APAC, Stephen went on to serve as the inaugural Chairman of Travelodge Asia and as CEO of Mirvac Hotels & Resorts and Mirvac Hotel Funds Management. He is currently Founder and Managing director of Hotel Capital Partners.

As a trusted advisor and fund manager, he has completed the full lifecycle of four highly successful hotel funds, representing sovereign wealth funds, private equity, high-net-worth investors, and listed companies. Stephen's career is defined by a blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and a proven record of delivering exceptional returns to his investors.

In recent years Stephen has turned his focus to the coliving sector where he sees exceptional opportunity in the Australian market characterised by an under supply of quality coliving product.
