Marie-Suzanne helps Nexity develop their shared living and hospitality market from development to consulting and operation, working on their coliving, hotel, student accommodation, and senior living verticals. She has a bird’s eye perspective of what it takes to bring a project from cradle to grave and how best to invest in shared residences. Marie-Suzanne is also an Honorary Board Member of Co-Liv and previously worked as AccorHotels’ Innovation Leader and co-create the Jo&Joe lifestyle brand, and has advised on Wojo, a French coworking concept.
