Johannes Peter is the Founder & CEO of TomoDomo Coliving, one of the leading coliving operators in Switzerland.

With his background in real estate development and investment, Johannes quickly built up a portfolio of more than 300 rooms across three different cities in Switzerland.

Johannes has a strong passion for coliving and lives in a community himself together with his wife and two daughters.

Before launching TomoDomo he was living in San Francisco where he started his first coliving community, got to know different coliving concepts and developed his idea for TomoDomo.

He believes that coliving can be a strong catalyst for positive change within our cities and ourselves.
