Charlie is a Co-Founder of the London focused ARK Co-living platform and its proof-of-concept Wembley ARK - London's first operational second gen Coliving building. Charlie is responsible for funding and investment strategies, asset management and customer experience, branding, and marketing. Over the past 8 years, Charlie has led fundraising initiatives combining circa £750m of debt and equity.
