As CEO of Youston Living, he leads one of Europe’s fastest-growing co-living operators, managing a portfolio valued at over €100 million and driving expansion into key markets including Prague, Riga, Vilnius, London, Stockholm, and Warsaw.

Previously, Artūras served as CEO and Board Member of one of the largest commercial real estate investment and development groups in the Baltics, where he managed a portfolio exceeding €500 million and oversaw the execution of landmark projects.His diverse leadership experience also includes:

• Hotel & Wellness: Launching and managing the premium “Harmony Park” 5-star spa and hotel chain in Lithuania and Turkey.
• Media: Restructuring Lithuania’s leading business news radio station, achieving a 500% annual EBIT increase.
• Construction & Manufacturing: Overseeing financial control and project supervision in the construction and metal manufacturing sectors.

Artūras holds master’s degrees in Economics and Philosophy and is a Certified Board Member. He is a strategic leader focused on scaling businesses and building high-performing teams in dynamic markets.
