Andy Caddy is Group Technology Director at The Collective, and a member of the business' Executive Committee. He is responsible for The Collective's global technology strategy. Andy joined The Collective in 2020 and brought a wealth of technology experience to the business, with previous leadership roles including Whitbread PLC, where he launched 'Click and Collect' for Costa Coffee and managed the re-platforming of PremierInn.com. He has also held leadership positions at Virgin Active and easyJet.
