Andreea Kaiser is Co-founder and Group CEO of the privately owned real estate firm ALFA Development, headquartered in Denmark, with operations in Sweden.In her role, Andreea focuses on embedding ALFA’s core brand values - customer-centricity, quality of life, and sustainability - into every aspect of the company’s work. With her drive and deep expertise in the real estate sector, she pioneers innovative living concepts, bringing them to life through masterplan developments, build-to-rent communities, and large-scale transformation projects.Andreea holds a Master’s degree in Finance from London Business School and has lived and worked across Europe and the Americas.

Together with her husband, she founded the Planetary Responsibility Foundation (PRF) and ALFA Ventures. PRF is dedicated to fostering a more regenerative, nature-based society, while ALFA Ventures invests in the technological and sustainability leaders shaping the future of real estate.
