Home & Co is looking for a Technical Asset Manager Real Estate (m/f/d). We seek a proactive and analytical individual to join our dynamic team, bringing fresh perspectives to our real estate portfolio.

• Project management of complex construction projects in existing properties and during acquisitions
• Project calculations and ongoing cost control throughout the construction process
• Ensuring project objectives are met in terms of timeline, budget, and quality
• Development and implementation of technical portfolio and asset strategies for our existing properties
• Contribution to the setup and optimization of internal processes

• Completed university degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Project Management, or a comparable field
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in project management and/or technical asset management of real estate
• Strong analytical skills and interest in complex issues
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Confident and well-organized with proven coordination abilities
• Strong affinity for sustainability topics and a high level of project management competence
• Fluent in English and native German speaker
