Your responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service (B2B & B2C):

• Handle and respond to incoming/outgoing calls.
• Support customer communication, including follow-ups.
• Assist with lead follow-ups, conversions, and identifying customer needs.
• Process leads into bookings.
• Support in preparing contracts.

Analysis & Research:

• Analyze and evaluate data to support decision-making.
• Track daily results and performance.
• Check website content for accuracy and functionality.

• Experience in sales, customer service, or a related area.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Residence in Berlin.
• Fluent German (min. C1) and very good English.
