Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition & Marketing: Collaborate with the Corporate Services team to implement local sales and marketing strategies, and identify local partners to strengthen the MILESTONE brand experience.
  • Customer Care & Retention: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through community building, prompt response to resident inquiries and complaints, and maintaining a stable living environment.
  • Facility Management: Work closely with external suppliers and the Corporate Services team to maintain the optimal condition of the property.
  • Operational Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial and operational reporting, adhering to MILESTONE’s business compliance guidelines.
  • Quality & Safety: Implement quality management measures, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure residents’ safety through regular drills and access control.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience at MILESTONE or 2-5 years in a similar hospitality management role such as Resident Manager, Front Office Manager, or Room Division Manager.
  • People Skills: A strong ability to work with diverse teams and create a positive, collaborative environment for both residents and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of precision and organizational skills with a strong affinity for administrative tasks and data management.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in German (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2), with additional languages a plus.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams, with the ability to drive performance and provide training and support.
