You’ll be the driving force behind the management of two new large mixed-use projects launching in early 2026. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing your property portfolio – from minimizing vacancy to building strong tenant relationships.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations: coordinating maintenance, monitoring budgets, and optimizing processes.
• Acting as the key contact for clients, tenants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Conducting inspections (maintenance, safety, handovers) and supervising multi-year maintenance plans.
• Preparing budgets, service charge settlements, and technical advice for clients.
• Reviewing supplier and maintenance contracts for quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Supporting and activating local communities, ensuring an inclusive and welcoming environment.
