• Promote our flex-living units through different platforms to maximize lead generation, and maintain a high occupation rate.
• Maintain strong relationships with investors and tenants, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Qualify and onboard new tenants through calls, virtual meetings, and tours.
• Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and cleaning to ensure seamless tenant transitions.
• Organise tenant events to bring people together and build a strong community.
• Conduct property viewings with potential buyers and investors, pitching the weVLC concept.
• Assist in onboarding investors to our concept and support the sales process.
• Utilize automated tools for contract processing and lead management.

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills. Proficient in Spanish and/or being a Dutch Native are a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• A problem-solver with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.
• Experience in property management, real estate, sales, or customer relations is a plus.
• Basic tech knowledge, but always open to learn more! Experience using CRM, marketing, and automation tools is a plus.
• Driven to explore AI and its potential to optimise your and the company’s processes.
