Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Own the full monthly management accounts for the Westbourne Park site, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and detailed variance analysis.
  • Lead a robust, accurate month-end close process, coordinating inputs across sales, operations, retail, wellness, coworking, and food & beverage teams.
  • Deliver clear, timely reporting against agreed KPIs, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Oversee payment runs for the site, ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time.
  • Support the Financial Controller with investor reporting, statutory accounts, audits, and year-end processes.
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring full compliance across multiple revenue streams.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Control

  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts for the Westbourne Park site.
  • Maintain detailed, forward-looking cash flow forecasts reflecting the scale and complexity of the operation.
  • Monitor performance against budget, identifying risks, opportunities, and cost pressures early.
  • Work closely with department heads to improve financial ownership, accountability, and cost awareness

Commercial & Business Partnering

  • Act as a finance partner to:  Sales team, Operations team, Retail team , Wellness team , Coworking space team, Food & Beverage team
  • Pull together data from multiple systems and teams to create one clear financial picture each month.
  • Translate financial data into practical insights that support pricing, occupancy, margin management, and operational decision-making.
  • Review costs, supplier spend, and margins, identifying efficiencies while protecting guest experience and brand standards.
  • Support performance analysis across all revenue streams, including rooms, F&B, retail, wellness, and coworking.

Systems, Controls & Process Improvement

  • Maintain and improve financial systems, processes, and controls for a large, multi-stream site.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of financial data across departments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and reporting quality as the site continues to grow.
  • Help embed strong financial discipline while maintaining a collaborative, service-led mindset.

Requirements

  • Essential Experience:
    • Qualified accountant or Qualified by experience with strong experience in a Finance Manager or senior Management Accountant role.
    • Proven ownership of monthly management accounts for a large or complex operation.
    • Experience working across multiple revenue streams (e.g. hospitality, F&B, retail, leisure, or mixed-use environments).
    • Solid experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial controls.
    • VAT returns, statutory reporting, and liaison with external accountants.
    • Advanced Excel skills, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
    • Experience with accounting and reporting systems.
    • Must have right to work in the UK
