Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Execution: Monitor industry trends and competition, explore opportunities, and enhance guest satisfaction, profitability, and market share aligned with brand vision.

Business Analysis: Review market, financial, inventory, employee, and customer data to identify improvements and inform business plans.

Revenue Management: Collaborate to optimize ADR, REVPAR, direct bookings, and overall property revenue.

Sales & Marketing: Suggest revenue strategies, generate leads, and strengthen relationships with Sales and Marketing teams.

Talent & Employee Management: Build high-performing teams, create development plans, ensure fair treatment, and foster engagement.

Owner & Public Relations: Maintain proactive communication with owners, gather customer feedback, promote property image, and develop local alliances.

Compliance & Standards: Ensure legal, safety, operational, and service standards; conduct audits and maintain property quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Hospitality, Business, or related field; prior hospitality/community management experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving, decision-making under pressure, and customer service excellence.
  • Familiarity with hospitality software and online community platforms.
  • Knowledge of local attractions/events; flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Basic computer and math skills; adherence to company policies and SOPs.
