Responsibilities

  • Welcome New Tenants: Be the friendly face that helps newcomers feel at home.
  • Support Departing Tenants: Assist with smooth transitions and finding replacements.
  • Rent Management: Ensure timely rent payments and financial accuracy.
  • Resident Liaison: Act as the primary contact for tenant concerns and feedback.
  • Coloc Buddy Coordination: Oversee responsibilities, organise elections, and provide coaching.
  • Content Creation: Write Help Center articles and make informative videos.
  • Community Building: Organise social events and foster tenant connections.
  • Marketing and Retention: Promote Coloc Housing's spaces on social media and implement retention strategies.
  • Conflict Resolution: Mediate tenant conflicts and ensure fair resolutions.
  • Enhance Tenant Experience: Suggest facility improvements and promote sustainability practices.

Requirements

  • Master degree or equivalent by experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of property management experience
  • To maximise communication it would be preferable if you would speak fluent Dutch and master English.
  • An advanced understanding of Mac and Microsoft environment would be beneficial.
  • Attention for detail and organisational skills
  • Proactive and 'can do' attitude‘
  • People person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.
