Responsibilities

As Deputy CEO, you will be central in structuring and leading Cohabs’ expansion, overseeing strategic decision-making, and ensuring financial sustainability.

  • Support the CEO & C-Level in defending Cohabs’ strategy and business model, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Led large-scale fundraising efforts (200M€+), securing capital to sustain Cohabs’ rapid growth and international expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and financial stakeholders.
  • Drive large-scale process improvements, operational optimisation, and efficiency strategies to support Cohabs’ expansion.
  • Challenge executive teams at all levels, ensuring strategic decisions are data-driven, business-oriented, and growth-focused.
  • Build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, ensuring Cohabs attracts and retains top talent.
  • Act as a federator, bridging corporate vision with day-to-day execution, while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and premium service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role, with a strong track record of scaling organizations efficiently and successfully.
  • Experience in management consulting, private equity, or high-growth scale-up.
  • Industry experience in premium hospitality businesses is highly valued.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Business-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance strategy with execution.
  • Federator & inspiring leader, fostering a strong company culture and employee engagement.
  • Ability to challenge teams and drive a high-performance culture while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Deep understanding of the real estate and/or hospitality sector, asset management, and international expansion dynamics.
  • Ability to drive complex projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and financial modeling skills.
  • Fluency in English and French.
