  • Develop and implement strategies to open new business opportunities for the Long Stay segment in Basel and Zug/Cham.
  • Proactively explore and establish partnerships with companies to foster relocation and hospitality services tailored to corporate needs.
  • Engage with various market players to create innovative business opportunities that enhance our service offerings.
  • Craft a dedicated approach to cater to the Mid Stay market segment, addressing the unique demands of this niche.
  • Key account management of our corporate client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Ariv’s services and value propositions effectively across diverse platforms.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and identify potential avenues for expansion and collaboration.
  • Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and superior experience for clients.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape to strategically position Ariv as a leader in the industry.


  • Native German speaker with fluency in English.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the hospitality and relocation sectors.
  • Good knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS), experience with res:harmonics and SiteMinder preferred.
  • Good knowledge of HubSpot is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with Excel and ability to perform complex data analysis.
  • Proven track record of developing successful partnerships and business strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think outside the box to overcome challenges and seize opportunities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with an aptitude for building rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • A self-motivated team player who can inspire others and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland to meet clients and partners.
