Responsibilities
- Plan and execute business review meetings with SME advertisers to boost customer success.
- Perform activities via phone, online meetings, email, and in person where possible.
- Analyse advertiser performance to identify bottlenecks and opportunities, and translate them into action points.
- Ensure advertisements are formatted correctly and optimise inventory.
- Negotiate with advertisers to maximise the value we deliver and capture.
- Onboard and educate advertisers on our products and services to accelerate success.
- Maintain and develop relationships with advertisers to deliver maximum value and a great customer experience.
- Retain advertisers by keeping them engaged and ensuring their inventory is up to date.
- Grow landlords by increasing listings and upselling extra products and services.
- Manage advertiser inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collect and deliver customer feedback with a data-driven, value-focused approach.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Train and develop yourself to increase sales performance and overall impact.
- Stay up to date on rentals, taxes, regulations, and best practices to be a trusted advisor.
Requirements
- 3 years of sales/commercial experience, preferably inside sales in marketplace/SaaS or real estate.
- Fluent in English and native-level Italian.
- You’re able to adapt your style depending on the client and the situation.
- You identify and manage commercial opportunities while building lasting client relationships.
- You’re results-driven and motivated to work with targets and KPIs.
- Energetic, optimistic, and able to motivate your teammates.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are a natural problem solver.
