Responsibilities
Revenue Management:
- Dynamic Pricing: Implement dynamic pricing models to address seasonal fluctuations and changes in demand
- Forecasting and Budget Planning: Develop revenue forecasts and contribute to budget planning to achieve financial targets
- Yield Management: Apply yield management techniques to optimize revenue per room
Key Account Management:
- Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations with institutional partners and universities to secure long-term collaborations
- Customer Retention Programs: Develop and implement customer retention programs, including special offers
- Networking: Attend industry events and trade shows to expand networks and identify new business opportunities
Sales Analytics:
- KPI Monitoring: Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess and enhance sales performance
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities
- Database Maintenance: Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accurate and current information
Sales and Marketing Strategy:
- Strategy Development: Assist in creating and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue goals
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing, to drive brand awareness and demand
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for various marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media posts
- Brand Positioning: Support efforts to enhance brand positioning and messaging in the market to differentiate from competitors
- SEO and SEM: Assist in optimizing website content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to increase online visibility
Social Media Marketing:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Content Management: Create and schedule engaging content for social media channels, including posts, stories, videos, and advertisements
- Community Management: Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to assess performance and adjust strategies as needed
Listings Management:
- Property Listings: Manage and update property listings on various online platforms, ensuring that all information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search visibility
- Content Optimization: Write and edit property descriptions, select high-quality images, and ensure all listings reflect the brand’s standards and appeal to the target audience
- Platform Coordination: Coordinate with listing platforms and partners to maximize exposure and ensure compliance with platform guidelines
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Several years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry
- Strong analytical skills and experience in revenue management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive and goal-oriented working style
- Fluent in German and English
- Based in Berlin only
