This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Reservations Manager located in the City of Cape Town. The Senior Reservations Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day management of the consolidated hybrid booking platform (including both short and long term), rates, occupancy drive, providing exceptional customer service, overseeing communication with clients, driving sales, and conducting training for reservations staff.

You will have accountability for operational budgeting, planning, organising and directing the short term portfolio revenue drive. This role is responsible for the overall performance of group locations by driving revenue of the short term rentals. Role is responsible for coordinating, directing and motivating all available resources to maximise the total revenue performance of all locations.
