Yashesh Panchal is an architect and a city planner. He developed this article as a summary of his thesis from his Masters in Urban Planning at Columbia University, New York in 2018. He currently lives in his hometown of Mumbai, India, where he works with governments and industry leaders to identify and plug redundancies in city resource management through creation of win-win value propositions stemming from market research, innovation and design.
