As COO/CMO of Home & Co, Enis Bayik oversees the Home & Co brand and is responsible for day-to-day management of its growing community. He is an experienced senior manager with a significant track record in executive management and strategic business development. Previously, Enis served as Managing Director for Nido Student Germany, where he was responsible for the operational management of Round Hill’s and TPG’s student housing portfolio in Germany and Portugal. Enis is an expert in micro-living as well as brand and product development with a deep knowledge of the European real estate market. He has a track record of managing established European PBSA operators such as Nido Student and International Campus Group. Enis holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from MBS.
