Responsibilities

Short Stay and Long Stay Bookings

• Develop and maintain demand calendars with structured pricing advice.
• Update pricing in PMS and relevant channels.
• List properties on short and long stay sales platforms.
• Manage all bookings, including extensions and renewals.
• Respond to messages on various booking platforms.
• Maintain an overview of platforms and collaboration partners.
• Coordinate with external partners for booking issues and invoicing.
• Run necessary checks for accuracy and completeness of bookings.

Accounting and Invoicing
• Prepare end-of-the-month accounting reports for all booking channels.
• Send invoices to corporate clients requiring monthly invoicing.
• Verify correct usage of in-house card terminal and ensure accurate end-of-the-month processes.
• Manage chargeable extras and ensure timely preparation and sending of all invoices.
• Coordinate with relevant personnel regarding invoice reminders.
• Keep the refund list up to date.

Event Sales and Upselling
• Develop a comprehensive event sales strategy, including lead generation and contract signing
• Research, establish, and manage channels for parking, storage, and space rental
• Create a yearly calendar of events and update the team's monthly calendar.
• Keep the info calendar updated with all space and event bookings.
• Prepare and send invoices for various services.
• Upsell bar food and promote additional services to tenants.
• Propose solutions to optimize reservation processes and increase revenues.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in hospitality, preferably in reservations or administration.
• Proficient in PMS (Resharmonics), CRM (Hubspot) and collaboration tools (Asana)
• Good written and verbal communication skills in DE & ENG
